Vehicle History Report

The report however can only be relied upon if the person reporting the information about the vehicle to the insurance companies as well as the Department Of Motor Vehicles is honest.
We do not take stock in these reports since many times odometer mileage rollbacks are done by original owners and if the mileage is incorrect in the reporting to these agencies then the history report will be incorrect.

The same goes for accidents, as many accidents are repaired and not reported to insurance companies or the motor vehicle department. Many leasing companies do have a habit of doing major repair work themselves without reporting it, as they know that there will always be a black mark so to speak on that car if it is reported.

Many used, leased cars are found on dealers’ car lots that have been in major collisions with repaired frame damage, or the odometer was tampered with and it will not show up in the history report.

The Technicians are specially trained to look for this sort of thing during our evaluation of the vehicle. Also many times a person will purchase a new car and disconnect the cable to the odometer to get the most out of the manufacturer’s warrantee, so when the vehicle is resold the cable is reconnected and the mileage on the vehicle reads a lot lower than the actual mileage. Thus the history report will show a vehicle with low mileage.

They have checked out many vehicles that have been in major accidents with frame damage and have checked out many flood vehicles, as well as vehicles with odometer rollbacks that have had clean vehicle history reports. These reports should not be solely relied upon and should just be a guideline or used as an extra tool while purchasing your used car. #PLEASE DO NOT HAVE COMPLETE RELIANCE ON THESE VEHICLE HISTORY REPORTS #
